Sahar, the project coordinator and researcher, is a polyvalent expert who brings a wealth of experience to her role at PADIL. Sahar has a proven track record of successfully managing EU projects, youth exchange programs under the Erasmus+ “youth in action program” and international sporting events. Her expertise extends beyond project management to include proficiency in youth programs, meticulous coordination, and effective evaluation methodologies.
